  • Payment Information: Stripe, Inc processes all billing, invoicing and payment details.

  • To send text message notifications related to appointment reminders, scheduling changes, and service updates.

5. Payment Policy

We accept the following payment methods: credit card, debit card, electronic bank transfers, and checks.

Invoicing:

  •  Invoices will be generated through Stripe, Inc and sent to the customer’s email address.

  • Invoices will include a detailed breakdown of the products and services provided, sales tax owed, along with the total amount due.

Payment Terms:

  •  Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice unless otherwise stated.

Late Payments:

  •  A late fee of 1.5% of the outstanding balance will be charged for payments not received within 30 days from the invoice date.

  • Failure to pay within 60 days may result in the account being referred to a collections agency.

Return Policy:

  •  We stand by the quality of our custom orthotic products. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 30 days of completion of your order to discuss follow up appointments, returns, or exchanges.

Cancellations:

  •  Orders can be canceled before production begins. Customers will still be responsible for Evaluation and Assessment services. Once production starts, all charges are non-refundable. Note: Production typically begins 1-3 business days following client’s appointment.

  •  We take the security of your payment information seriously. All payment transactions are encrypted and processed securely.

Please note that this payment policy is subject to change without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the customer to stay updated with any policy changes. Thank you for choosing Orthotic Labs LLC for your custom orthotic needs. We offer custom orthotic products and services at specified prices. Payment is required upon invoice reception. Refunds and returns are subject to our Refund Policy, which is available above.

 

6. Intellectual Property

All content, including text, images, logos, and trademarks on our website, is the property of Orthotic Labs LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. Customers may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without explicit permission.

 

7. Disclaimer

Orthotic Labs LLC does not offer medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment for injuries or medical conditions. Our services are not a substitute for professional medical care. Customers are responsible for understanding and acknowledging that our custom orthotics are intended for comfort and support and are not a medical solution for treating injuries or medical conditions. While we provide consultation and fitting services to gather information for creating custom orthotics, these services do not constitute medical consultations or diagnoses. We strongly recommend customers with existing medical conditions or injuries to consult with qualified healthcare professionals for diagnosis, treatment, and medical advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

Orthotic Labs LLC is not liable for any damages or losses incurred while using our products and services, including but not limited to direct, indirect, or consequential damages.

 By using our services and products, you expressly acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • You understand that Orthotic Labs LLC is not a medical provider and that our services are non-clinical and non-diagnostic in nature.

  • You assume full responsibility for your use of our products, and for determining whether our products are appropriate for your personal needs.

  • Orthotic Labs LLC shall not be held liable for any injury, pain, discomfort, or worsening of existing conditions that may result from the use—or misuse—of custom orthotics or related products.

  • You release, waive, and hold harmless Orthotic Labs LLC and its owners, employees, and contractors from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising from your use of our services and products, including but not limited to:

    • Accidental or unintended injuries

    • Delayed or denied medical care resulting from reliance on non-medical advice

    • Use of orthotic products in a way inconsistent with the recommended guidelines

    • Product dissatisfaction

  • In no event shall Orthotic Labs LLC be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of use or profits, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

This release is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted under applicable law. If any portion is held invalid, the remainder shall continue in full force and effect.
